Team entries are required. |
| A completed Team Registration Form must be received in order for a team and its players to be
registered. Parents may sign the registration form for youth players at
the facility on the day of the first game. |
| All teams must have a
minimum of 10 rostered players (does not include guests). |

Additional players maybe added to team rosters
by the start of game 3. |
| Guest fees are $10
per game. A guest player will not be eligible for playoffs. |
| A player must select a payment plan when
signing up for a team. |
| Age verification maybe required prior to
participating in YOUTH league play. |
| All rostered players fees must be paid by the
start of Team Game 3 regardless of payment plan selected. |
