A Team Registration Form must be completed and dropped off at the office or scanned and emailed in order for a team to be registered for the upcoming season.
Rostered players can sign the team registration form on the day of the first
game. |

All teams must have a minimum of 10 rostered players (does not include guests). |

All rostered players fees must be paid by the start of Team Game 5. |
|
All soccer teams must have a minimum of $800 paid by rostered players by the start of playoffs. |
|
Additional players maybe added to team rosters up to the start of game 3. |

For those teams selecting payment Plan D (Team), players added after game 3 are considered guests. |
|
For those teams selecting payment Plan D (Team), rostered players must play a minimum of five games to be eligible to play in the playoffs. |
|
A guest player may participate in a regular season game for a fee of $13. |
|
A guest player is not considered a rostered player and will not be eligible for the playoffs. |
|
All players, without exception, in adult leagues must be at least 18 years of age prior to participating in league play. Age verification maybe required. |
