Unless all participants agree, the first 15 minutes of each session will be devoted to working on skills, stick handling, etc.
The equipment required to participate in Open Stick is the same as a regular season game Approved helmet with chin strap Elbow pads Gloves Knee/shin protection
The equipment recommended to participate in Open Stick is the same as a regular season game Cup/supporter for men Chest and pelvic guards for women Hip & tailbone pads (girdle) Mouthpiece Open Stick participants must be at least 18 yrs old
