A completed Registration Form with
payment must be received in order for any skater or goalie to be
registered. |

Guest fees for Skaters & Goal Tenders
- $15 per game. |

All Skaters and Goal Tender fees
must be paid for by the start of team game 5 regardless of payment plan
selected. |
